Joanne aims to support you to reach your fitness goals through 1-2-1 training, Private Group sessions, or attending one of the diverse classes—such as Pilates, Trigger Point Pilates, Zumba®, Kettlecise, Fitness Hoop, Bodytone.
First teaching way back in 1992 & my first Fitness & Wellbeing class in March 2009, I’ve been dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal fitness goals. With years of experience as a Group Class Instructor, my focus is on understanding and meeting the unique needs of each individual.
